[ASK] hard disk SATA II apa bisa dipakai di MOBO yg support SATA I ?

Dear agan� masta skalian,

tu de poin aja ya gan..

HD SATA ane kan rusak, terus ane mo beli HD yg kapasitas 500 GB. tp di langganan ane dah ga ada HD dengan tipe SATA I yg berukuran 500 GB tp ada nya yg SATA II.. Pertanyaan ane, apa bisa kalo ane beli HD SATA 2 yg 500 GB trus ane pake di kompie ane yg jelas� baru support SATA I ?
