Job description :
1. Monitoring and maintaining the network part and the infrastructure to support all contact center service goes well.
2. Ensure the registration of all devices and tools related to the network and infrastructure can be monitored.
3. Create and implement a periodic schedule maintenance of network devices and infrastructure.
4. Follow up data center management and maintenance at each location data center
5. Ensure the completion of incidents reported

Qualification :
1. Techical Information graduates from best university with minimum GPA 3.00
2. At least 1 year of working experience in the related fields is required
3. Fluent in English
4. Willing overtime and the service beyond the city
5. Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta
6. Maximum of ages : 28 Years
