Urgently Needed: Office Assistant
 

PT M3 Media hosts a growing fashion e-commerce website looking to hire a dedicated office assistant, reporting directly to the management of the company.



We offer a fun, creative work environment and constant exposure to new tasks and challenges. You will be working with a team, and will learn a wide range of skills in a short time!



Major responsibilities:

- Assisting during product photo shoots with steaming, dressing and styling mannequins

- Packaging items for shipment

- Filling out forms and data entry

- Answer phones and take messages

- Filing and organizing documents

- Faxing, printing, scanning, sending items by courier and other errands

- Assisting other office staff as required

- Working 4-5 days/week at 8 hours/day



Requirements:

• Female

• High school graduate

• Max. 25 years old

• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Basic English language skills

• Organized

• Ability to multi-task

• Positive attitude

• Good attendance, punctuality and dependability

• Trust worthy and professional
